Boys Are Back In Town: The Backstreets Cop a Beating from the Press

The Backstreet Boys are back unfortunately, but the self-proclaimed 'men' still sing like boys, act like boys, and have their big men friends write songs for them.

In a recent press conference with the group, one reporter asked the boys how it felt to be back, and another asked if they could answer the question in harmony.

They made a 'Backstreet huddle', not to be confused with a 'backdoor hussle', and agreed - no; firstly, they couldn't decide on an answer (Carter was confused and really did believe in the new album title 'Never Gone', while the others weren't sure whether they felt 'smiley' or 'giggly'), and secondly, they usually have their music, lyrics, and answers written for them.

Another journalist inquired about the meaning of the opening lines of their new single, but the boys didn't know what the lyricist had in mind, and couldn't figure it out themselves; they couldn't even remember singing them.

The return of the band is expected to see a huge rise in the sale of white pianos and roses. Others suggest huge waves of now-emo girls will wipe the eye-liner tear from their faces, turn that frown upside down, and return to their original teeny-bopper selves.
